Terms of Use

Football Fuss™ is developed and operated by an independent developer under the Sports Fuss™ name ("Football Fuss", "we", "us" or "our").

You can contact us at support@sportsfuss.com, or through the contact form on the Website. Chapter 14 lists every address and what to use it for.

These terms apply to your use of the Football Fuss mobile application for Android and iOS (the "App"), the Football Fuss website (the "Website"), and the account, notification, email, feedback and support features associated with them (together, the "Services"). They apply whether or not you create an optional Football Fuss account (an "Account").

"You" means the person using the Services. Some websites and services that the Services link to or display, such as club websites, news publishers, YouTube or Google Maps, have terms of their own, which apply when you use them.

The remainder of these terms contains the full detail. In summary:

• The Services are free to use. The Android App shows advertising.
• You can follow football without an Account. An Account is optional, and you must be at least 13 to create one.
• Football information can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check an official source when a detail matters.
• Betting odds and predictions are shown only to signed-in Account holders who confirm that they are 18 or over. We do not give tips or take bets.
• You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or scrape their content, or disrupt them.
• Club and competition names and crests belong to their owners, and their appearance does not mean that they endorse Football Fuss.
• We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The Services are intended for a general audience interested in football. You must be at least 13 years old to create an Account or to send us feedback. If you are under 18, please make sure that a parent or guardian is happy for you to create an Account.

Betting odds and match predictions are shown only to Account holders who have confirmed that they are 18 or over (see section 3.2). Some features also depend on your device and on where you live. For example, advertising privacy choices are offered only where the law requires them.

By using the Services, you agree to these terms. When you create an Account, you are also asked to confirm that you have read these terms and our Privacy Policy, and we record which versions you confirmed and when. If you created an Account before this confirmation was introduced, you will be asked the next time you sign in.

The Services present fixtures, scores, standings, statistics, transfers, news, commentary and related football information. They are free to use. The Android App shows advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy; the iOS App and the Website do not.

Coverage, features and supported devices may change. Some information comes from external providers, and its availability can vary by match, competition and location.

Subject to these terms, we give you permission to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. This permission is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred to anyone else. It ends if you breach these terms or if the Services close.

This permission does not transfer to you any ownership of the Services, or of the software, design, text or data within them.

Football information can be delayed, incomplete, corrected after publication or wrong. Some commentary is produced or assisted by automated systems, and may misstate an incident or omit context. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time delivery or any particular level of coverage.

The Services are a way to follow football, not the official record of a match or competition. If a result, kick-off time or other detail matters to a decision you are making, please check it with an official source first. Our Disclaimers explain these limits in more detail.

Where the Services show betting odds or match predictions, they are supplied by API-Football, which collects odds from bookmakers and produces its own predictions. Odds are shown with the name and logo of the bookmaker offering them. They are shown for information only, and only to signed-in Account holders who have confirmed that they are 18 or over. That confirmation is off until you give it, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Football Fuss does not give betting tips, does not take bets and is not a bookmaker. Showing a bookmaker's odds, name or logo does not mean that we recommend it, or that it sponsors or endorses Football Fuss, unless we expressly say so. Odds shown in the Services may differ from those a bookmaker offers you. Our Disclaimers explain this further.

Please do not confirm that you are 18 or over unless you are.

Football Fuss is independent. Unless we expressly say otherwise, no club, league, competition, federation or governing body sponsors, endorses or operates the Services. An advertisement shown near a club or competition does not mean that the advertiser has any relationship with it.

An Account is optional. It is created when you sign in with Google, with Apple, or with an email address and password, and it allows your favourite club and the competitions and matches you follow to be synchronised across your devices.

Please make sure that the details you sign in with are your own.

Please keep your sign-in method secure. If you believe that someone has used your Account without your permission, tell us promptly at support@sportsfuss.com.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account, unless it happened without your permission and you were not at fault.

You may sign out at any time. You may delete your Account in the App under Settings → Account → Delete my data. If you no longer have the App, /account/deletion explains how to ask us to delete it instead.

Deleting your Account removes the information described in our Privacy Policy. Feedback you sent earlier may be kept with its link to your Account removed.

Notifications are optional and can be used without an Account. You may choose which alerts you receive in Settings → Notifications, and turn notifications off entirely in your device settings.

Delivery depends on your device, its settings, your network and external notification services. Alerts may therefore arrive late, or not at all, and should not be relied on for anything time-critical.

If you have an Account, we may email you about the Services themselves, for example to tell you about a change to these terms or our Privacy Policy, or to reply to a message you sent us. Service emails are not marketing, and are sent whether or not you have opted in to marketing.

We send marketing emails, such as news of new features, releases and development updates, only if you opt in. You are asked when you create an Account, using a box that is not ticked in advance, and creating an Account does not depend on agreeing.

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also turn marketing emails off in your Account settings in the App or on the Website, or by emailing support@sportsfuss.com.

The software, design and text of the Services, and the Football Fuss™ and Sports Fuss™ names and logos, belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use our names or logos.

Club, competition and bookmaker names, crests, logos and other marks remain the property of their respective owners. The Services display them to identify the teams, organisations and events that they cover, and the bookmakers whose odds they show. Their appearance does not mean that their owners are affiliated with, or endorse, Football Fuss, and these terms give you no licence to reproduce them.

You must not systematically copy, scrape, aggregate, republish or commercially redistribute content or football data from the Services, or send automated requests that place an unreasonable load on them, without our written permission.

Sharing through a feature that the Services provide for that purpose is allowed. Nothing in this section restricts any use that the law permits.

Some news, video, maps, weather and other material in the Services is supplied by third parties, and their own terms may apply when you open or interact with it. We do not control its availability, accuracy or policies, and a link or embedded item does not by itself mean that we endorse it.

You may send us feedback in the App or on the Website, write to us through the contact form on the Website, or email us. Feedback is anonymous and cannot contain an email address or telephone number, so we cannot reply to it. If you would like a reply, please give an email address in the contact form, or email us directly.

Please send only material that you have the right to share. Do not send anything unlawful, another person's private information without good reason, passwords or payment details.

You keep any rights you have in a message you send us. You allow us to store, read and use it as reasonably needed to answer you, to investigate a report, to correct a problem and to improve the Services. We will not publish your message as an endorsement. Our Privacy Policy explains how messages are handled and how long they are kept.

When using the Services, you must not:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
• interfere with the Services, bypass their access controls, probe them for vulnerabilities or overload their systems;
• distribute malware or send spam;
• impersonate Football Fuss, a club, a league or any other person; or
• present Football Fuss or a third party's marks as evidence of an official partnership that does not exist.

If we reasonably believe that use of the Services breaches these terms, or threatens the Services or other people, we may restrict access, suspend or close an Account, or remove a submission, to the extent needed to deal with it. Where prompt action is needed for security or legal reasons, we may act without notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any right to bring proceedings where you live, and the protection of its mandatory consumer law.

If you are unhappy with the Services, please contact support@sportsfuss.com in the first instance, so that we can try to resolve your concern directly and promptly. Complaints about how we handle personal information are covered by our Privacy Policy, which also explains how to contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
