Football Fuss™ is an independent football information service, developed and operated by an independent developer under the Sports Fuss™ name.

Football Fuss is not a club, league, competition, federation, governing body or official match authority, and it does not publish the official record of any match or competition.

Unless we expressly identify a particular relationship, our coverage of a club or competition does not mean that it sponsors, endorses or operates Football Fuss. The appearance of a crest, name, article or advertisement beside football coverage does not, by itself, establish any partnership between the people or organisations shown.

The Services present fixtures, scores, standings, statistics, transfers, news and commentary. This information comes from external providers, official sources and our own processing. Any of it may be delayed, incomplete, corrected after publication or wrong, and coverage and update frequency differ by match, competition, location and device.

The Services are a way to follow football. If a kick-off time, result, eligibility decision or other detail matters to a decision you are making, please check the current information published by the club, organiser or governing body concerned. We cannot promise that every live update or alert will arrive before the event it describes.

Some descriptions, summaries and other commentary are produced or assisted by automated systems. They can misstate an incident, omit context or fall out of date as match information changes. Please treat them as a way to follow coverage, and check an original source before relying on a consequential detail.

Stadium details and locations, maps, kick-off times shown in your time zone and weather forecasts come from third-party sources and our own processing. They may be approximate, out of date or wrong, particularly when a fixture is moved. Please check with the club or organiser before travelling to a match.

Where the Services show betting odds or match predictions, they are supplied by API-Football, which collects odds from bookmakers and produces its own predictions. Odds are shown with the name and logo of the bookmaker offering them. We do not set, check or endorse them. They are shown only to signed-in Account holders who have confirmed that they are 18 or over.

Showing a bookmaker's odds, name or logo does not mean that we recommend that bookmaker, or that it sponsors or endorses Football Fuss, unless we expressly say so.

Odds change quickly, so the odds shown may be out of date and may differ from those a bookmaker offers you. Predictions are statistical estimates, not tips or advice, and no outcome is certain. Football Fuss does not give betting tips, does not take bets and is not a bookmaker.

If you choose to bet, confirm the odds with your bookmaker, only bet if you are old enough to do so where you live, and only bet what you can afford to lose.

The Services may show, embed or link to news, video, maps and other material supplied by others. A source or link identifies where material comes from. It does not mean that we wrote it, that we control the service it comes from, or that we endorse every statement it contains.

The provider may change, remove or restrict its material at any time, and its own terms and privacy policy apply when you open it.

Advertisements appear in the Android App alongside football information. Unless clearly identified as a specific partnership, an advertisement near a club, competition or article does not mean that the advertiser is connected with it. Each advertiser is responsible for its own offer and claims, so please read the advertiser's information before acting on an offer.

Club, competition and bookmaker names, crests, logos and other marks are shown to identify the teams, organisations and events that the Services cover, and the bookmakers whose odds they show. The rights in them remain with their respective owners. Their appearance in the Services does not imply permission from, affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder, unless we expressly say so.

Football Fuss™ and Sports Fuss™, and their logos, are our own names and marks.

These Disclaimers do not give anyone a licence to reuse a crest, image, logo or other third-party artwork, and they do not decide whether a particular use of a mark is permitted by law or by its owner.
